The Bucks of Oranmore is one of the most popular session tunes going. This five part reel is so difficult to outdo that it’s usually the last tune played at an Irish trad session. Though, that might also have something to do with the stamina required to get through several rounds of playing.

The brilliant fiddle maestro Liam O’Connor joined us in McNeela Studios to test out our range of fiddles. We were lucky enough to get a recording of him doing justice to this legendary session tune!
